Welcome to our online home of Troop 44.  This site is for you and it will only be improved and useful with your help.  If you'd like to see anything added to this site, contact a committee member or the webmaster.  Remember, we make Scouting better and this site is just one of our tools.  This site is updated weekly or immediately for critical information.

Troop 44 is chartered through the Bushkill Township Volunteer Fire Department in Bushkill Township Pennsylvania and is part of the Forks of the Delaware District and the MinsiTrails Council.  We meet in the Bushkill Township Fire Department Social Hall on every Tuesday evening at 7:00 pm (UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE IN THE TROOP CALENDAR).  The Troop meetings start promptly at 7:00 pm so plan to arrive by 6:55 pm.  Meetings last approximately 90 minutes. The fire department is located at 155 Firehouse Lane, Nazareth, PA 18064 off of Bushkill Center Road.

Troop 44 would like to congratulate two of our members, Assistant Scoutmaster George Kenyon and his son Luke, in being the first father and son to receive the Year Round Camper Award.  Not only were they the first for the Minsi Trails Council but also the first scout and father in the Troop to receive this award.

Scouting is a great father and son activity and working towards this award is not only an experience of a lifetime, but a chance to enjoy all that Scouting has to offer.
